Hana 2 – KOSSA 1

Lesley Ramo’s strike in the 80th minute was nothing less than spectacular. Hana built up their attack quickly and the final pass to Ramo had the right bounce for the forward to dip his shot past the Sam Sunorua – KOSSA’s standin goalkeeper.
Hana’s intentions were clear early on with Henry Wasi setting them on their way in the 21st minute. The speedy forward was given too much space to play in the KOSSA penalty box and he made it count for his side on the scoreboard.
KOSSA, however, kept their focus and just before halftime the 2013 Telekom S-League’s wonderboy George Suri headed home to level the scores.
The second half saw a shift in tactics from Hana who decided to draw out the KOSSA backline which almost always stayed close to their 18 yard box. This gave KOSSA more of the ball and they continuously pressured Hana for the lead.
Hana started probing late in the second half and effectively used counter attacks against the tiring KOSSA backline. It on one such attack that Ramo scored the winner.
KOSSA will play Real Kakamora in round five of the league while Hana are bye.
