Confident Lautoka jet in

The players looked relaxed but focused as they held their final training session at the Solomon Islands Football Federation (SIFF) Academy field this evening.
Team official, Sudesh Kumar, was confident about Lautoka’s chances in tomorrow’s game saying that they are here for the 3 points that are offered on the table.
“That is why we are here, we are on a mission. We had been camping for 4 weeks since during the IDC and we headed straight here,” Kumar said.
Kumar is not worried about any issues with tiredness from the IDC championship which Lautoka took part in the week before.
“We have a large squad and there a lot of players who can play in universal positions. We have enough players to cater for our busy schedule,” Kumar said.
Lautoka’s not so secret weapon for Saturday’s game may be local Judd Molea who joined up with the team upon their arrival.
Kumar says Molea will bring with him to Lautoka an understanding of how Koloale will be playing and how they can counter their attack.
If history is anything to count on Lautoka should have nothing to be worried about. The last time they were in Honiara they defeated local champions Marist by 3 – 1 in front of 12 000 supporters.
However, this time they will meet a stiffer opposition in the form of Koloale who have been training hard and eyeing a return to the O-League finals which they reached in the 2008/09 season.
Lautoka’s 18 for the game tomorrow are:
– Parmesh Prassad (Reserve GK)
– Daniel Severino
– Sanni Issa
– Semesa Nakosia
– Marika Robanakadavu
– Malakai Waqa
– Valerio Nawatu
– Niumaia Tagi
– Leone Vurukania
– Judd Molea
– Nahuel Arrarte
– Alvin Avinesh
– Billy Darwich
– Shameel Rao
– Matthew Mayora
– Jone Vono
– Avindra Naidu
– James Nicholas
