Henderson Eels FC has received a timely assistance totalling at AUD $20,000 from two Australia-based
companies this week.
The companies are City Link Computers Pty Limited and Soltrade Pacific Pty Limited, whom both are
based in Brisbane. City Link assisted with a total of AUD $15,000 while Soltrade gave AUD $5,000.
The assistance comes as a boost for the club ahead of the vital OFC Champions League quarterfinal
encounter against Team Wellington set down for April 7 in New Zealand.
Henderson Eels FC president Hudson Wakio thanked the two companies for their generousity.
“We acknowledge the two companies for their assistance.
“The funds donated will be put to good use by the club in the preparations for next month's trip to
Wellington,” he said.
“We will reciprocate these latest assistances by having the logos of these two companies printed on the
team’s jersey in the OFC Champions League.”
Apart from these latest corporate assistances, Advanced Group of Companies is the major sponsor.
Wakio expressed great appreciation to the Advanced Group for their continous assistance and so as
extends huge thanks to others who have one way or the other supported the club in the Oceania
