Tough encounter anticipated

Koloale, who have been making a late turn around in their fortunes, are expected to continue the fight to regain their pride when they take on the Vanuatu champions and given their success so far Amicale will have to work hard not to go under.
Amicale, on other hand, have done well throughout the season and will be looking to confirm their place in the O-League final playoff with Auckland City who have already qualified courtesy of their 3 wins and 2 draws.
The challenge for Koloale will be dealing with the in form Fennedy Masauvakalo who is the current top scorer in the O-League and his excellent finishing record will be something that they need to look out for.
Up front Koloale’s firepower appears to be intact with the Benjamin Totori and Ian Paia pair expected to be starting off their side’s search for goals but strong support will be coming from Mostyn Beui who scored the 2 goals that ended Hekari United’s campaign a fortnight ago at Lawson Tama.
The big worry for Koloale is George Suri’s absence in the stopper position which will create a big gap for Amicale forwards to capitalise upon and his effect against opposing corners and crosses will be sorely missed by the Koloale outfit.
Amicale will also be missing some of their key players including Jack Wetney and Alick Maemae who are missing from their line up for the match but still they have Stanley Waita and Moffat Deramoa in their arsenal.
Aside from where the sides stand in the table they are evenly matched for the clash this weekend and the winner will be who performs on the day.
Tickets for the match are already selling from the Solomon Islands Football Federation (SIFF) headquarters at Ranadi at the following rates:

• Grandstand dark/blue – $40-00
• Complimentary hill – $30-00

• Hillside children – $5-00
The match kicks off at 3:00pm local time.
