The Solomon Warriors showcased their dominance with a 9-1 victory over FC Juniper Tree, cementing their place at the top of the league table. Franco Ne’e’s young squad led 2-0 at halftime with goals from Winford Bekepio and Milton Taolo. In the second half, substitutions significantly impacted, with Alvin Hou, Gagame Feni, Tigi Molea, and Dennis Ifunaoa coming off the bench to extend the lead. Molea scored and assisted Kohei Matsumoto for his third league goal. Although FC Juniper Tree’s Ben Jebe managed to pull one back in the 70th minute, the Warriors responded emphatically with braces from Hou then Feni, alongside goals from Larry Zama and Ifunaoa.

Southern United equalized in the 67th minute through Emmanuel Hou following a well-executed play. The game’s turning point came when Southern United’s right-back, Solomon Sale, received a second booking and was sent off. Taking advantage of their numerical superiority, Waneagu United’s Adrian Abae scored the winning goal in the 83rd minute.
