TSL top contenders, Waneagu United are looking to extend their momentum going forward after a 2-0 win over FC Juniper Tree on Matchday 12.
Currently sits second place on 13 points, head coach Steve Aumanu said they are building their focus to get the maximum points possible in their upcoming matches – getting on the right rhythm.

“In each match, we always come out with the intention to maximize the points,” Aumanu said in a post-match interview.
“With the current standings still anything can happen, a bottom-placed club can still make it to the top because it’s unpredictable.
“So, in each match, we had a plan, and a set mentality to maximize the points and look forward to the next.
He said for his players to do things right, they must push themselves.
“We will continue to work, build on our weaknesses and once we get it right then I suppose we can be competitive.
A win this weekend will put them in the driving seat when they take on SOSA FC on Saturday 10th June 2023 at the Lawson Tama stadium.
