The lads are in high spirit as they are ready to battle against a well-drilled Thailand side who secured a point against Morocco with a last gasp equalizer two days ago to keep them in contention for the next round.
Kurukuru still have a slim chance to progress with a win despite the two defeats against Morocco and Portugal. Solomon Islands beat Thailand 3-4 in an international friendly in Thailand when the two teams last met in 2012 but Thailand has developed their national team since then to become of the strongest in Asia.
