The Solomon Islands Football Federation (SIFF) is looking for expression of interests for the position of:
- Education Centre Administration Officer
- Competition Manager
- Referee Development Officer
Education Centre Administration Officer
The Education Centre Admin officer is responsible for the co-ordination of the general administration of the Education Centre – as directed by SIFF Head of Education Centre, to develop the Member Association Football Environment and improve performances at national and international level.
Applicants must at least have the required experience and qualifications such as OFC C License in coaching, Degree or Diploma in Sports Management, education, management and administration or and related field. Sports background, experience in club and community development is an added bonus.
Referee Development Officer
The Referee Development Officer (RDO) is responsible for the education, training and performance of match officials across Solomon Islands. Frequent weekly and weekend work as well as travel to Provinces and overseas will be required. The RDO position main objective is to develop referees in football, futsal and beach soccer for both men and women which is in line with SIFF objectives.
Competition Manager
The Competition Manager assist the Competition Director for the overall management of all SIFF sanctioned national competitions, leagues, championships, player registrations and competition management via comet for both SIFF and its member affiliates competitions. The Competition Manager is also responsible for assisting the Competition Director for developing calendar of events and centralization of competitions with SIFF’s Provincial Football Associations (PFAs).
All expressions of interest will be reviewed by the SIFF Secretariat and forwarded to SIFF Executive for the appointment.
