Henderson Eels Women’s Football Club is the Champions of the Solrais Women’s Premier League (SWPL) 2023/2024 and will be representing the country at the OFC Women’s Champions League next season.
Eels finished off their campaign with a resounding 18-0 victory over West Honiara yesterday to edge out former Champions Koloale FC on a point difference top of the league standing.
Koloale settled for the first-runners-position – following their only loss in the season to the eventual champions.

The ladies in green totaled standing on 38 points, while Koloale FC shared points with RSIPF Royals with a gap margin on goal difference.
Naha FC finished in fourth position with 29 points, Frigates United in fifth with 27 points, and sixth is Haura FC with 18 points leveling with Ha’arosia FC – separated on goal difference.
The bottom two saw West Honiara FC register 7 points and Geniagu United call off the season without a point on the tally.
The season gathered nine women’s football clubs with a total of sixteen matches played from rounds 1 and 2 of the competition.
