EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR THE LAWSON TAMA STADIUM UPGRADE PROJECT, SOLOMON ISLANDS
The Solomon Islands Football Federation (SIFF) is inviting qualified and reputable local and international companies to bid for Architectural Design, Engineering, Surveys and Project Management services purposely for the design and project supervision of the Lawson Tama Stadium Up-grade Project 2020 in Honiara, Solomon Islands.
The shortlisted companies will enter a tender to provide all the project management services for the project including the required preliminary surveys (topographical, engineering, UXO etc.), project design and related quantity surveys and manage the overall project on behalf of SIFF including conducting contractor tenders and project assessment etc.
Pre-qualification Criteria:
Architects / Firms who will fulfil Expression of Interest for engineering, architectural and related services the following criteria shall be considered for participation:
- Professionally registered and accredited engineering and/or architectural form.
- Have experience in the profession for not less than 10 years, as of 31st March, 2019.
- Should have successfully executed similar Consultancy assignments / projects as given below, during the last 5-10 years, as of 31st March 2019,
And be involved in least one project costing not less than SBD$10-$25 million / built up area 3000 sqm approximately, or have experience of having successfully executed projects for Sporting/ Government/Semi Government/Government Undertaking/Government Autonomous Bodies/Banking & Financial Sector etc. in the field of construction of major facilities including sporting or similar sized facilities.
